- TOWN&COUNTRY Thailand นำเสนอสมาชิกนิตยสารในรูปแบบ "Auto Renewable" ซึ่งจะใช้ระยะเวลาเป็นตัวกำหนดอายุสมาชิกของลูกค้า

- มีให้เลือกทั้งในแบบระยะสั้น 1 เดือน ($4.99) และระยะยาว 1 ปี ($49.99) ระบบจะทำการต่ออายุสมาชิกอัตโนมัติภายใน 24 ชั่วโมงเมื่อครบกำหนดระยะเวลา โดยยอดค่าบริการจะถูกเพิ่มเข้าไปใน iTunes Account ที่ลงทะเบียนใช้งานไว้

- หากลูกค้ามีความประสงค์ไม่ต้องการต่อสมาชิกแบบอัตโนมัติในระยะเวลาต่อไป สามารถทำได้โดยเข้าไปที่ Apple ID ภายใน App Store แล้วทำการปิด Auto-renewal โดยมีเงื่อนไขที่ต้องทำการปิดอย่างน้อย 24 ชั่วโมง ก่อนครบกำหนดเวลา

เนื่องจากเมื่อวันที่ 1 พ.ค. 2556 ที่ผ่านมา ทาง Apple ได้การมีการยกเลิกการเข้าถึงข้อมูลหมายเลขประจำเครื่องหรือ UDID (Uniques Device Identifier) บนทุก Application ทำให้ทาง OOKBEE ต้องมีการแก้ไขระบบเพื่อรองรับนโยบายใหม่ในส่วนนี้ การแก้ไขจะมีผลกระทบโดยตรงกับลูกค้าที่ไม่ได้จดทะเบียนบัญชี ookbee (ookbee account) ไว้ เนื่องจากตัว Application หลังการแก้ไขระบบแล้วจะไม่แสดง UDID ของผู้ใช้อีกต่อไป ซึ่งจะทำให้ข้อมูลหนังสือหายไปจากเครื่อง วิธีการแก้ไขเบื้องต้น ขอความกรุณาคุณลูกค้าสมัครบัญชี ookbee ขึ้นมาใหม่(ทำการสมัครภายในเครื่องที่มีข้อมูลหนังสืออยู่) แล้วส่งรายละเอียดบัญชี ookbee และ หมายเลข UDID (จากการต่อเครื่องกับโปรแกรม iTunes) มาที่ [email protected] เพื่อดำเนินการในลำดับถัดไป ทาง ookbee ขออภัยในความไม่สะดวกในที่นี้ด้วย ขอบคุณครับ
